We had a wonderful family stay at The Bull And Bush Hotel Kingston. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, complete with a kettle for our morning coffees. The location was great, allowing us easy access to nearby parks and amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Parking was a bit tricky.

The hotel has a convenient location for exploring the local area. The free parking was a welcome surprise, as I didn't expect to find any available spaces near the hotel.
The overall experience left a lot to be desired.

A decent option for spending a night in Kingston upon Thames with attractive and competitive value for money. The coffee setup had all the essentials but was a bit messy. Make sure to verify the check-in times since they weren't clearly displayed.

I just had the craziest experience staying overnight in a hotel! The staff was super quick to help when I needed an extra towel, and the bed was surprisingly comfy, giving me one of the best night's sleeps I've had. It was such a shame how the photos made the outside look much better than it really was, but still, the shower worked well enough to give me a good wash. Would I stay again? Probably not under these conditions.

I stayed here with my family and elderly parents. The room was clean, and having a private bathroom was a plus. The location was handy, just a short walk to the town centre with great takeaway options nearby.
My wife says that the noise from nearby rooms was quite disruptive at night. it would have been great if the hotel had better soundproofing.

basic accommodation, budget pricing, nearby parking
The check-in process was confusing and felt more like a deserted pub than a hotel!!! The room's lighting left much to be desired, making it dark and uninviting!!! I also found the bathroom plumbing subpar, needing multiple flushes!!!

This place has its drawbacks, like parking and cleanliness at times, but overall it offers great value with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient for exploring, but expect to bring your own snacks since dining options are not provided on-site.

the location is quiet and pretty close to kingston town center. the room was clean and had decent facilities like a kettle and tv. staff were friendly and helped us get settled in n even let us pay the next day.
the shower door didn’t close right and the room felt a bit cramped. i also found the parking to be a bit tricky.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the local market and checked out the riverfront. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and had tea and coffee. It's great value for money, especially if you're not expecting luxury. Would definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
The shower in our room didn't work as expected, but we managed with hot water by the tank full. It could be a bit of a hassle for some guests.
